SARDINE SPREAD

1 can sardines oil, bones and all

 lemon juice to taste
 grated onion 1 tbspn

1/4 tspn smoked paprika

1 tbspn flat leaf parsley

Freshly ground black pepper

Salt to taste

METHOD

1.  Squash the sardines with a fork, bones and all.  Add other ingredients and mix well.  Taste and adjust seasonings.  Serve on flatbreads or with crackers.

Health note: Sardines are packed with nutrients are high in calcium and Omega 3.
