This fortnight’s menu is based on that staple, the roast chicken dinner.  Cooking  a roast always has economic advantages as you get to use the whole bird, including the bones.

The one roast meal forms the basis for a total of 12 meals.  It reappears as a Chicken Satay Pizza, a Roast Vegetable Frittata and the chicken stock emerges in Pumpkin Soup.

Once again we provide all meals for a total of $60 per fortnight.



Monday to Friday: Porridge & Brown Sugar with milk; Saturday: Caramel Apple Crepes Sunday: Two Potato Rosti.

Lunches: Carrot & Walnut Muffins, Chicken Flatbreads, Chicken Satay Pizza


Sunday:  Roast Chicken Dinner with Gravy

Monday: Crunchy Chicken Salad with Peanut Dressing

Tuesday: Roast Vegetable Frittata

Wednesday: Chicken Satay Pizza

Thursday: Roast Vegetable Frittata

Friday: Corn Fritters with Chilli Yoghurt Sauce

Saturday: Pumpkin Soup with Poppy Seed Flatbreads

Sunday: Chicken Satay Pizza
