FRENCH DRESSING

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tspn wholegrain mustard (or Dijon mustard)

1/2 tspn crushed garlic

1/4 tspn sugar

2 tbspn olive oil

freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

1.  Mix all ingredients in a tightly lidded jar.  Shake well until combined. 

2.   Taste and alter ingredients to suit your personal preference.

3.  Shake again and pour over salad.
