SPRING ONION & HAM PASTA

2 spring onions chopped finely

1 cup dried pasta

1/4 cup sliced and diced ham

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup of grated cheese

salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

1.   Cook pasta in boiling water until cooked (about 12 minutes).   Drain in a colander and put back in the pot on moderate heat.   Stir through finely chopped spring onions,  ham and sour cream.  Serve topped with the cheese.
