CAJUN WEDGES

A good opportunity to use up that Cajun Spice you have handy!

2 medium potatoes (don’t peel them)

2 tspn Cajun Spice (I used Masterfoods)

2 tbspn oil

METHOD

1.  Preheat oven to 200 C.

2. Cut potatoes into wedges.

3. Place wedges in a bowl with the Cajun Spice and oil and toss.

4.  When covered with spice mix, place on an oven tray and cook 30 – 35 minutes at 200 C.

Serve with sweet chilli sauce and dollop of light sour cream.
