SCRAMBLED EGGS

3 eggs 

1 tbspn butter

pepper and salt to taste

 

METHOD

1.  Mix the eggs and seasoning with a fork.

2. Put a pan over low heat.  Melt the butter until it is frothy. Pour the eggs in the pan and stir them slowly with a wooden spoon.

3.  Toast a slice of bread.  The eggs will be done when they are slightly set.  Take off heat.  They will continue to cook for some seconds.  

4.  Serve on buttered toast.
