3 tbspns Masterfoods Cajun seasoning

1 fillet fish

oil, butter, margarine for frying

1.  Place the seasoning on a large dinner plate.  Place the fish on the seasoning and try to cover it all with seasoning.

2.  Set frypan heating on a medium-hot stove plate.  When the oil sizzles when some flour is thrown in, put the fish fillet  skin side down in the pan.   Cook on one side 2-4 minutes until you see small bits of white liquid coming out of the fish or the fish forms flakes when you poke it with a fork.   Turn the fish and cook the other side for about two minutes.   Take the fish straight out of the pan and put it onto the dinner plate.

Serve immediately.
