GREEN SALAD

green salad leaves

1 tomato

1/4 white or red onion

2 tbspns oil

1/2 tbspn lime juice or lemon juice

some curry powder to taste

METHOD

1. Wash salad leaves in a colander and dry in a clean tea towel.

2.  Quarter tomato and finely slice onion.

3.  Shake oil, juice, curry powder and salt and pepper in a lidded jar and pour over salad.
