1 avocado

3 tbspns lime juice

small onion chopped finely

garlic clove crushed and then chopped finely

1/2 red chilli chopped finely

1/2 teaspn coriander if you have it

1 tomato chopped into small pieces


1.  Mash avocado with a fork.  Add finely chopped onion, chilli and garlic.  Mix well.

2.  Add coriander if you have it.

3, Add finely chopped tomatoes and lime juice.  Mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
