WARM POTATO, TUNA & EGG SALAD

3 new potatoes, and quartered

Half a handful of green beans, trimmed and halved

½ tin of tuna in springwater

½ tin of corn kernels

METHOD

  1. Cook potatoes and beans.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Eat warm with a yoghurt dressing.

 

Substitutions: Almost any green vegetable will do – peas, zucchinis
